Numerous mountain bike tours lead to the mountain pastures and farms on both sides of the valley: to the Sonnenberg in the north and the Nörderberg in the south. On a road bike, you can travel along the calmly flowing Adige through medieval villages or up steep hairpin bends to the 2,757 m high Stelvio Pass.

The Naturno adventure pool features an outdoor pool, an indoor pool with an adventure basin, and a large sauna area.
