This stunning new-build project consists of a villa, a lake house, and five exclusive, spacious, and independent apartments with garden, pool, and terraces with an exclusive view of Lake Garda.

Il Borghetto is set on a 1,925 m² plot on a gentle slope overlooking Lake Garda, just approx. 200 m from the lakeside promenade and approx. a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Lazise.

The quality, type, and make of the products used are subject to the instructions of the site management. The development is set in a natural environment, carefully integrated into a landscape built in a way traditional and typical of Lake Garda.

The development is divided into 2 building sections. Looking towards the lake, on the left side, a building with an associated underground garage is being constructed, which is sold either as a single villa or as a multi-family house. Looking towards the lake, on the right side, a development consisting of two connected buildings including an underground garage is being constructed, which is sold as a multi-family house with a shared underground garage.

In the design of the apartments, particular care was taken to ensure that the apartments have generous terraces, balconies, and, on the ground floor, gardens. Care was also taken to keep the common costs for the maintenance and upkeep of the development as low as possible. Both building units each have a pool suitable for their residents.

Each apartment is heated via underfloor heating and has air conditioning. The residential development is being built to the CasaClima A4 standard and has a sustainable energy concept with a photovoltaic system and heat pump.

The parking spaces are all located in the underground garage, so the entire grounds are free of cars. The gardens are irrigated via an automatic irrigation system, which can be operated autonomously by a rainwater tank. For the construction of the development, materials from the immediate vicinity and suited to Lake Garda are chosen.

The access roads are generous and asphalted, so that access with any type of vehicle can be easily guaranteed.

Lazise, located on the Verona southeastern shore of Lake Garda, is undoubtedly one of the most popular places on Lake Garda. In the medieval town of around 7,000 inhabitants, you can still enjoy the authentic „dolce vita" today. With its historic city walls, the castle, and the lovingly restored old town, Lazise offers a unique flair. A virtually endless gastronomic offering and many charming shops distinguish this place. The lakeside promenade stretches for kilometers, and the sandy beaches and jetties invite you to swim everywhere.
